This book contains the spiritual tools you need, to move you from the idea of mindfulness, to the true experience of it.

Many of us now understand the concept and value of mindfulness, but we are challenged when it comes to achieving it in our daily lives. If you are ready to know HOW to access the peace and joy you long for, then this is the book you will need.

The book clearly conveys:

  • What the problematic ego is and HOW we can identify, manage, and tame it

  • HOW to heal a sense of separation from others and come into the realization that we are all one

  • HOW to free ourselves of psychological pain

  • HOW to cultivate deeper intuitive awareness and more intense presence

Early Praise for “The HOW

“Sometimes you might find yourself wanting one book you could study and live with for an extended period of time, a book that would lead you through processes and practices you could embody in daily life. If now is that time for you, The How to Inner Peace is that book.

There’s a clear path presented that can help focus one’s attention and efforts on living from a level of higher consciousness, one that leads to inner and outer peace. It’s suggested to read through the book once and then return to the beginning and work through the practices suggested.

You’ll visit: hope, labels, how to live in the now, inner body meditation, living from the heart, embracing oneness, how to be of service, forgiveness, the impediments to inner peace, and suggestions for putting it all together.

There are profound teachings here that will take time to process and assimilate. They are presented in small bites, though, making it easier to get past whatever stumbling blocks might present themselves. If you feel now is the time to make some big steps towards experiencing more joy and fulfillment in your life, The How to Inner Peace can lead and support you in that process.”

— Krysta Gibson - New Spirit Journal

“For those intimidated by all the meditation apps and materials available via multimedia, all the styles, and approaches, I recommend Kellough’s The How to Inner Peace: A Guide to a New Way of Living. From the very start, it is evident that Kellough is no new-age novice just hoping to make a buck.  Her explanations of esoteric concepts are beautifully written and true to the ancient, core teachings on mindfulness and meditation.  If you are hoping to start a meditation practice and/or to understand Eastern concepts of the mind, this book is for you.

“I have been waiting for a book that focused on the "HOW" to achieve inner peace and get the mindset needed for getting it. I learned a lot from this book especially about healing and taming the ego. While reading some of the chapters, I started to have flashbacks to my childhood where this information could have not only been useful but would have got me out of situations and memories that I wished never happened. Getting deeper into my thoughts and actually understanding them to better my mindset and discover my true identity. Almost everyone will find at least one thing from this book to benefit from in some way shape or form.”

“My appreciation for this NEW INFORMATION, put out so lovingly, has indeed helped me!  At 85 years I’ve read all the fine spiritual books, but I say,  “You must read this.”- Catherine Chiesa, Chicago, USA

“This is a great book for those trying to have a little less drama in your life. It helps you become peaceful within yourself which radiates out into your life. Easy to read and understand, which is helpful when you may already be stressed out. I’m usually not a self-help reader, but I really enjoyed this book.”

“In this inspiring and consciousness-changing book, Constance Kellough invites us to ‘make an evolutionary shift from egoic fear to felt Oneness’.

Taking a look at the current world’s challenges, Kellough sees that the solutions will be found in the realm of spirit. And to this end
she offers concrete guidance. Stressing that our belief in separation is the obstacle to living from our True Self, Kellough shows the HOW to a better way of living together that will lead us into greater inner peace.  While highlighting that the idea of separation is at the root
of our individual and collective problems, she constantly leads the reader back into our Oneness.

Though practical in application, this book is also beautifully visionary in tone and content and carries true inspiration."

— Victoria Ritchie, California USA

"Reading ‘HOW’ for the first time gave me the impression that the author has uncovered something of the human experience that is deeply transformative. If these insights and pointers are implemented and applied in one’s everyday life, a new way of living and relating to oneself and the world would arise.”

— Vim Roloff, Parksville CANADA

Until I read the book, The How to Inner Peace, I thought that I was the only one who believed the mind was mixture of three major parts: Awareness, Intellect, and Ego. How wrong I was! This book contains teachings that will open your mind and change your life. Our capacity to live and love fully awakens as we open our hearts to Awareness, the divine connection. This is a remarkable book, one that is needed to help us live through the current chaos. Kellough speaks with clear wisdom and compassion. Sharing stories and insights from her experience.

— Jerry Donze, Personal Coach

When I teach meditation, I introduce a concept and then we practice that concept.  By working with the body and with each other, we start to see change on an energetic level, and this makes a great deal of immediate impact.  I wanted to replicate that experience in book form.  I wanted to write a how-to book, one that lays out what I have found, through many years steeped in meditation and spiritual inquiry, to be the fundamentals of how to lead a purposeful, spiritual life, and what you have to actually do to experience this.

My hope is that this book will allow the reader to transcend the conceptual and start to act on these truths and ideas.  I feel that if we all can learn to implement the conceptual on an individual level, then we can truly start to heal the collective human experience.

- Constance Kellough
